We strive for excellence in every garment, but if your Mercedes-Benz collection item does not meet your expectations, we offer complimentary returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with all luxury packaging and tags intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original Mercedes-Benz gift box and shipping carton, ensuring the pre-paid return label is securely attached to the exterior.

  Ship Your Return

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary concierge pickup through our customer service portal.

• 4.
  Quality Audit & Refund

  Once our artisans verify the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
